It is very important to choose the right trip and you know your taste and physical fitness better than anyone. Regarding technical matters, you need to contact us through phone call or send an email to


3. Should I secure my booking and how?

Yes, it is recommended to do that. You will secure your booking by paying a deposit. After booking, you will receive an invoice for your down payment. You should send us the copy of your payment to confirm your booking.


4. How can I pay for my trip?

If you are an individual traveler, the remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival to Iran.

If you are a travel agency, you need to contact us through email.


5. How can I apply for an e-visa?

For e-visa you should apply through an authorized travel agency. Zino Expedition provides you visa services.


6. What are the requirements for applying e-visa?

You need to ask us for e-visa. Then you will receive a form to fill in and send it back by email. A copy of your passport (a PDF format less than 500 KB) and personal photo (in JPEG format less than 200 KB) is required as well.


7. Is it possible to cancel my trip?

8. Am I eligible to apply for on arrival visa?

You can apply for on arrival visa if you are not the passport holders of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Canada, Columbia, Jordan, Pakistan, United States of America and United Kingdom.   


9. Which countries are exempt from applying visa for entering Iran?

The citizens of the following countries are exempt from applying visa for entering Iran: The Republic of Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Georgia, Armenia, Venezuela, Egypt and Malaysia.


10. What are the requirements to apply for visa?

Yes, you can extend your visa.

14. If I cannot get visa what will happen to my deposit?

If you applied for your visa through Zino team, visa administrative cost amounting to Euro 20 per person will be deducted and the balance will be refund to your account.


15. How long does it take to get a visa code?

It takes 7 working days to get a visa code. For American, British and Canadian citizens it takes 30 working days.


16. How long is the validity ofe-visato collect?

It will be valid for 1 month if you collect the visa from Iran embassy and if you ask for on arrival, it will be valid for 3 months to collect.


17. How much deposit do I need to pay?

A deposit of Euro150 or 15% of the tour price (which one is more) is required.

For tailor made group tours or agencies, 25% of the Tour price is required on confirmation of the booking.


18. What should I do for last minutes booking?

         You need to call us for last minutes booking.


19. What is next procedure after I made payment for my tour?

         You should send the copy of payment by email. You will receive your itinerary within a week.


 20. When should I book my Ticket?

It is recommended to make sure about the visa if you are going to collect your visa from the nearest Iran embassy/ consulate in your resident country. If you are going to apply for on arrival visa, you need to make sure if you are eligible for on arrival.

22.What about my travel insurance, do you provide one?

We don’t provide any insurance. You need to contact Iran embassy in your area to find out the list of acceptable insurance companies.

Yes, it is possible. You need to send a written request for changing your booking.


24.Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend to take a comprehensive travel insurance.
